She holds an MBA   from California State University, Long Beach, a B.A. in British and American Literature   from Scripps College, and a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the   University of California, Irvine.

Scott R. Magee specializes in Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorships, Closely Held and Family-Owned Businesses, Real Estate, Transactional Tax Matters and the Representation of Trustees and Beneficiaries in Contested and Uncontested Trust Matters. He has 35 years of experience planning complex estates and all of the legal, tax and personal issues which arise in connection with such planning. Scott also has extensive experience assisting trustees in the administration of trusts, including contested matters.
